Healthy With Ordinary Foods

Did you know that there are some foods that we usually encounter everyday, that it can also function as drugs? There are many foods with a function that is not inferior to supplement, as these foods will make us more fit and healthy, commonly referred to as functional food.

Fortunately we live in Indonesia which can easily obtain the following functional food:

Tempe, in addition to having a high protein also has a role in cancer prevention, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and symptoms of menopause. Included also function as a cholesterol-lowering as in other soy derived products.

Tomatoes, lycopene and other carotenoids found in fruits may reduce the risk of cancer.

Tea, the most widely consumed beverage after water it contains polyphenols, especially green tea, serves as a cancer preventive.

Garlic, in addition to working to prevent cancer, antibiotic, preventing high blood pressure, garlic also serves as lowering cholesterol.
